Qualificações

The position
  • Coordinate and conduct medical examinations upon admission, periodically, and upon dismissal.
  • Monitor cases of absence due to health reasons.
  • Assess the inclusion of quotas for people with disabilities.
  • Perform simple or emergency medical consultations.
  • Define and implement quality of life and well-being programmes that prevent and promote health.
Qualifications

  • Medical degree with Occupational Medicine specialisation.
  • Active registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM).
  • Knowledge of labour and social security legislation and legal health programmes systems.
  • Fluent English is expected, oral and written.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience within occupational health area, well-being programmes and occupational diseases prevention.
  • Experience to elaborate Health Medical Program Control (PCMSO).
About the department

You will join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where we manage employees' occupational health.

Our responsibilities include coordinating and conducting medical examinations, monitoring health-related absences, assessing quotas for people with disabilities, and performing medical consultations.

We also define and implement quality of life and well-being programmes to prevent and promote health, using available data to direct our programmes.

Our department provides technical guidance and support for managers and the company, ensuring a healthy and productive workplace.
