What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide clinical case coverage and support during surgeries as assigned

  • Maintain and prepare surgical equipment and kits, ensuring compliance with quality control standards
  • Troubleshoot equipment and provide intra‑operative clinical product support

  • Clinical experience in a surgical or medical setting
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
  • Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures
  • Compliance with relevant vaccination rules and regulations
  • Industry experience of 1‑3 years for Clinical Specialist II or 3+ years for Sr. Clinical Specialist, preferably in a medical device company
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus
  • Degree or certification in a medical‑related field (e.g., LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech)
  • Customer relationship and procedural skill development
  • Intraoperative coaching experience
  • Urology experience preferred
