• 5+ anos de experiência em Node.

• Conhecimento avançado de algoritmos.

• Gestão intermediária de metodologias ágeis.
• Forte compreensão de melhores práticas, princípios SOLID, CLEAN Code e soluções escaláveis.
• Conhecimento em Design Patterns.
• Experiência no desenvolvimento de aplicações completas.
• Experiência em testes automatizados e pipelines de CI/CD.
• Forte experiência com controle de versão.
• Nível avançado de inglês.

• Projetar, estender e implementar APIs.
• Garantir a qualidade de engenharia por meio de revisões de código e testes.
• Criar eficiências por meio da automação e desenvolvimento de ferramentas.
• Definir processos de engenharia para lançamentos de produtos.
• Ajudar no crescimento da equipe de engenharia conduzindo entrevistas técnicas.

Node Developer at BairesDev

Being a Node Senior Developer in our Development Team is just like being a full‑time problem solver. We expect your abilities to be a combination of experience, knowledge, and independence. What You’ll Do:

• Architect Bandit backend systems using the best practice.


• Implement and iterate features in a tactical manner and rapid pace.


• Work collaboratively and efficiently across‑functional teams in a fast‑paced early‑stage startup environment.


• Design, extend, and implement APIs.


• High standard of engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, analytics.


• Create engineering efficiencies through automation and development of tools.


• Define engineering processes for product launch and releases.


• Help us grow the world class engineering team by running technical interviews.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Node.


• Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.


• Experience with Microservices and the Cloud.


• Advanced algorithm knowledge.


• IT infrastructure knowledge.


• Intermediate agile methodologies management.


• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.


• Design Patterns knowledge.


• Experience developing entire applications from scratch.


• Experience in automated tests, CI/CD pipelines.


• Strong experience with Version control.


• Advanced English level.
