Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Next.js Engineer to design and develop high-performance web applications using Next.js App Router and Pages Router, React, and TypeScript.

You will implement SSR/SSG/ISR strategies, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable frontend solutions. This role is 100% remote with flexible hours and compensation in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on front-end development.
• Proven expertise in Next.js, including both App Router and Pages Router.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, and ISR rendering strategies for performance optimization.
• Experience with Vercel or self-hosted deployment environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
