As a Community Sales Manager with Lokal Homes, you will play a critical role in supporting the new home sales process for our award‑winning Colorado sales team.
This role will partner with the community construction team to sell homes and meet company expectations.
Must be flexible on schedule as Saturdays / Sundays are required workdays but will have consecutive days off during the week while providing sales center coverage for our team.
A real estate license is NOT required to sell new homes in Colorado.
The Community Sales Manager is responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer and team member.
Sales Performance: You will be assessed on your performance of meeting sales goals and learning expectations.
Customer Satisfaction: Our customers are provided surveys measuring their experience with you.
New Home Sales Experience preferred but not required.
High end sales or hospitality experience a plus.
After the initial 60 to 90 day ramp up with a base salary of $5,000 per month, the position has an annual base salary of $30,000 plus 1.15% commission on new home closings paid monthly.
Average annual income for individuals achieving goals is $125,000 to $250,000.
A training salary is included during the 90 day new hire ramp up period.
