What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive sales performance within assigned territory through in‑person and virtual interactions with healthcare professionals
- Customize client discussions based on customer needs while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market dynamics and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to develop and execute local business plans
- Provide timely administrative management of sales data, objectives, and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver's license
- Strong desire and passion for improving patient lives
- Proven track record of success in adapting to evolving environments
- Ability to analyze data to assess performance and identify new opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals
- Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi‑polar sales
- Strong sense of self‑motivation, initiative, and collaboration skills
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information
- Ability to adapt to the changing telemedicine/virtual environment
