What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals and mental health community centers
  • Utilize allocated budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives and customize client interactions
  • Maintain current understanding of local market dynamics and provide insights to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Regional Business Manager to develop and implement local business plans
  • Manage administrative tasks including sales call data, customer objectives, and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, along with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers, demonstrating patient‑centricity
  • Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and overcome challenges
  • Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals
  • Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales
  • Strong sense of self‑motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities
  • Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and competitive landscape analysis
