1GLOBAL is seeking a skilled NET Software Engineer to join our dynamic global team in São Paulo. You will help craft scalable backend services using .NET and supporting frontend integrations with React, Typescript, and REST APIs.

The role emphasizes high code quality, robust testing, and scalable architectures. You will collaborate in an Agile setting, mentor peers, and contribute to cloud-native deployment with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

About The Team

You will be part of a dynamic full-stack development team driving the core delivery and full life-cycle of our product lines. We are seeking a driven and intelligent individual with a proven history of bridging product and technology teams at product-led growth companies.

About The Role

• Build high impact features and contribute to the architecture design; aim towards resiliency, scalability, security and fault tolerance
• Advocate for high code quality, readability and high tests coverage
• Promote best practices for a high-scale web (or mobile) environment
• Work with an Agile methodology
• Identify areas of improvement in the codebase and promote them through seamless integrations, documenting solutions and new flows
• Mentor junior members when needed and contribute with meaningful reviews

Requirements

About You

• Strong knowledge and experience in the development of .NET applications;
• Knowledge of Golang and Java is a plus;
• Aspiration to become a full-stack developer;
• Experience in React/Javascript/Typescript is a plus;
• Experience with unit/integration/e2e testing (test driven development is a plus);
• Proficiency with REST APIs, both in implementing and consuming the interfaces;
• Familiarity with relational databases, CI/CD flows, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with development tools and processes (Git-flow, peer reviewing);
• Good understanding of cloud services and scalable infrastructure;
• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset.
