Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships across all functional areas
- Oversee the order‑to‑delivery process for customer orders
- Collaborate with various levels of customer leadership including sales, parts, service, and procurement
- Lead, motivate, and develop direct reports while providing strategic direction
- Develop and implement strategies and action plans for assigned customers to grow market share and revenue
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
- Minimum of 6 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge for Master’s degree holders
- At least 2 years of lead experience
- At least 12 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge without a degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience presenting to leadership at all levels
- Proven track record in team leadership and account management
- Commercial experience in sales and account management for over 3 years
- Familiarity with heavy‑duty truck experience and OE account management for large customers
