Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships across all functional areas
  • Oversee the order‑to‑delivery process for customer orders
  • Collaborate with various levels of customer leadership including sales, parts, service, and procurement
  • Lead, motivate, and develop direct reports while providing strategic direction
  • Develop and implement strategies and action plans for assigned customers to grow market share and revenue
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
  • Minimum of 6 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge for Master’s degree holders
  • At least 2 years of lead experience
  • At least 12 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge without a degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience presenting to leadership at all levels
  • Proven track record in team leadership and account management
  • Commercial experience in sales and account management for over 3 years
  • Familiarity with heavy‑duty truck experience and OE account management for large customers
