Responsibilities

Transport boxes using available means (carts or manually) to archive locations, research sites, or as requested, handling them as needed.

Search for and locate documents boxes according to the SKP system; after research, return these volumes to their original location.

Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form) following IBM models and procedures, for individual and departmental production evaluation and control.

Ensure all volumes and used supports are preserved under initial conservation conditions.

Respect safety, PPE, and hygiene work procedures established for the area.

When not performing direct function tasks, assist other departments.

Requirements

High school diploma completed.
