Smarter Contact is seeking a visionary Multimedia Creator to own end-to-end ideation and production of our visual growth engine. Translate complex B2B SaaS value into stunning, high-converting assets for our website and campaigns.

In this fully remote, contractor role, drive AI-powered video and image production, craft social carousels, interactive website tools, and native formats for Meta, YouTube, and Reddit, while upholding brand standards and cinematic quality.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience creating marketing assets for websites and Meta/YouTube campaigns.
• B2B SaaS DNA with proven pipeline/CTR/product sign-ups.
• GenAI production mastery across video and image engines.
• Cinematic control using lens, lighting, and camera concepts.

About the role:

We are looking for a visionary, hands-on Multimedia Creator to own the end-to-end ideation and production of our visual growth engine. In this role, you will collaborate with the product and marketing teams to translate complex B2B SaaS value propositions into stunning, high-converting digital assets.

You will lead our workflow into the next generation of creative production, blending a strong background in visual marketing with elite Generative AI video and image expertise. Your mandate is to eliminate the "boring B2B" stigma by producing photorealistic, cinematic camera-shot quality videos, engaging social carousels, and high-converting, interactive website tools.

What You’ll Own:

• Collaborative Ideation: Brainstorm and wireframe creative concepts alongside the growth marketing and product teams, turning technical software features into compelling human stories.
• Cinematic Paid Social Production: Utilize advanced GenAI tools to produce premium video, static imagery, carousels, and infographics tailored specifically for Meta, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Interactive Web Experience Design: Conceptualize and design high-intent website assets, including micro-video loops, interactive product configurators, and ROI/value calculators that accelerate pipeline velocity.
• B2B Format Optimization: Deploy native platform strategies, understanding that YouTube demands high-retention cinematic storytelling, Meta requires instant scroll-stopping hooks, and Reddit mandates highly authentic, native text-and-visual community alignment.
• AI Toolchain Ownership: Keep the company at the absolute forefront of AI production pipelines, maximizing asset output speed while maintaining strict brand consistency and cinematic quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience, specifically in creating marketing assets for our website and for Meta and YouTube campaigns.
• B2B SaaS DNA: A proven portfolio of driving pipeline, CTR, and product sign-ups for business-to-business software or complex technology solutions.
• GenAI Production Mastery: Elite prompting and pipeline control across AI video engines (e.g., Runway, Luma, Kling, Sora) and image engines (e.g., Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion).
• Cinematic Control: Ability to direct AI engines using professional cinematography concepts (lens choice, lighting setups, camera tracking) to achieve authentic, photorealistic, non-deformed outputs.
• Interactive Tool UX: Strong understanding of user experience design for interactive web tools (calculators, configurators) to guide front-end developers or execute via no-code builders.
• Traditional Creative Tooling: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) or Figma for post-production, typesetting, and UI layouts.
• Experience building successful Reddit campaigns.
