Qualificações

Are you a creative motion designer who combines technical expertise with bold ideas and a passion for digital storytelling? In this fully remote freelance role, you will create visually engaging content that helps brands stand out and drive results through paid digital advertising. You will contribute throughout the creative process, from developing original concepts and challenging initial briefs to producing polished, high-impact motion assets. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will experiment with diverse visual styles, animation techniques, and emerging design trends. Accountabilities:

You will play an active role in developing and producing creative assets, combining independent conceptual thinking with strong execution skills to deliver engaging visual content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop original creative concepts: Interpret and challenge creative briefs, explore alternative approaches, and independently generate innovative ideas that align with campaign objectives.
• Create engaging motion content: Design and produce high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual assets for digital advertising and social media campaigns.
• Contribute throughout the creative process: Participate in every stage, from initial ideation and concept development to production, refinement, and final delivery.
• Explore diverse visual approaches: Experiment with different design styles, animation techniques, and creative formats to deliver distinctive and effective content.
• Collaborate with creative teams: Work closely with other creative professionals to exchange ideas, incorporate feedback, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced motion designer with a strong visual sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling digital content. You should be comfortable working independently, adapting to different creative directions, and collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-moving environment. The following qualifications and skills are expected:

• Professional experience: At least three years of experience as a motion designer within a creative agency, design studio, production company, or in-house creative department.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• 3D design experience: Familiarity with 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
• Strong design fundamentals: A well-developed sense of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and aesthetics.
• Versatility: Ability to work confidently across a wide range of visual styles, formats, and animation techniques.
• Creative thinking: Ability to develop original concepts, question assumptions, and find innovative solutions beyond the initial brief.
