What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Design and maintain routing rules in lead management tools aligned to territories and priorities
  • Proactively monitor routing health and resolve misrouted leads and assignment errors
  • Lead data hygiene efforts by deduping, normalizing, and enriching lead data
  • Analyze lead flow to improve speed‑to‑lead and conversion rates
  • Serve as the primary admin for the lead management system, managing workflows and user training
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3‑5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Revenue Operations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including workflows and validation rules
  • Experience with lead routing tools such as RingLead or LeanData
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on reporting and data accuracy
  • Knowledge of B2B sales motions and account‑based selling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Certifications in RingLead or LeanData
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) such as Marketo or HubSpot
  • Experience in high‑volume environments handling over 10,000 leads per month
