A leading communication solutions provider is seeking a Mid-market Account Executive in São Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by selling to SMB clients and requires strong sales qualifications, including lead qualification and closing deals. The ideal candidate will maintain client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support new business acquisition. The Mid-market Account Executive is an individual contributor role within our regional structure, reporting directly to the Chapter Lead. In this position, you will drive revenue growth by selling Infobip’s products and services to SMB clients within your designated territory. You will proactively identify customer needs, recommend impactful solutions, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support the acquisition of new business and new logos.
Success in this role means consistently progressing opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date information in our CRM. Your work directly contributes to expanding Infobip’s market presence and ensuring our clients unlock the full value of our communication solutions.
Experience in lead qualification, opportunity management, and closing deals with Tier or mid-market clients.
Strong ability to sell a defined subset of products or services directly or through partners, working from a targeted account list.
Ability to collaborate with technical or product specialists when needed to build comprehensive solution proposals.
Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, account planning, and developing account strategies.
Skilled in presenting and articulating a compelling value proposition to prospective clients.
Confidence in negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close deals effectively.
Strength in maintaining long-term client relationships and working with Mid-market Account Managers to ensure account health.
Ability to cross-sell within existing accounts, including managing more complex scenarios such as renegotiations.
