Qualificações

  • Applicants must live in Brazil and have a Brazilian bank account.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proactively source top technical talent.
  • Manage the ATS (Attraction Tracking System).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Discuss industry trends and recruitment standards.
  • Help with Employer Branding strategies.

Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake Labs
  • Work closely with P&C Manager and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (source, screen, interview)s, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation
  • Proactively source and identify top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals;
  • Manage the ATS (Attraction Tracking System) Trakstar;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process;
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
  • Discuss inputs about industry trends and recruitment standards;
  • Help Employer Branding strategies.
In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills
  • Advanced English level.
  • Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle;
  • Previous experience with tech positions;
  • Have the ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Applicants must live in Brazil, have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$)
