Jobtailor is seeking a Backend Engineer to design, develop and evolve robust backend systems using Python and FastAPI. You will drive architectural decisions, participate in technical discussions and mentor junior developers.

The role focuses on performance, scalability and observability of distributed services, with an emphasis on secure and well-governed code in an Agile environment.

Qualificações

• Backend development experience using Python
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI and API design
• Experience with PostgreSQL data modeling and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and basic containerization
• Strong observability, monitoring and troubleshooting skills
• Technical leadership and ability to drive architectural decisions
• Experience working in agile environments
