Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a privacy program professional to execute LGPD and GDPR compliance activities, including data inventories and mapping, policy review, and risk assessments. The role involves drafting and updating privacy documentation, DPIAs/LIAs, and supporting internal teams and clients on privacy matters.

You will drive awareness campaigns, deliver training, and contribute to strengthening the data protection culture within the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related fields.
• Practical LGPD/GDPR experience in consulting or privacy roles.
• Experience with data mapping, inventories, and privacy program implementation.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and information security controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Privacy certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute activities related to the Privacy Program, including data inventories, mapping of processing activities, policy review, and maturity assessments.
• Conduct interviews with internal departments and clients to gather processes involving personal data processing.
• Draft and update policies, standards, procedures, privacy notices, ROPA, and other documents related to data protection.
• Perform Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs).
• Identify privacy-related risks and propose recommendations for mitigation.
• Monitor action plans to address compliance gaps.
• Review contracts from the perspective of personal data protection.
• Provide support to internal teams and clients on privacy and data protection matters.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and technical materials.
• Develop content, support awareness campaigns, and deliver privacy training.
• Contribute to strengthening the data protection culture and to the continuous improvement of privacy processes.

• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and information security controls;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Privacy certification preferred;
