Your Role

• Collaborate with a small team of experienced engineers on full-stack development, impacting both backend systems and frontend technologies

You Bring

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of leading complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong backend foundation (Node.js,), with proficiency in modern cloud technologies (AWS or similar).
• Experience implementing secure systems, including best practices for handling sensitive data and integrating identity verification.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience building and shipping scalable software

Bonus points

• Experience automating complex processes (e.g., eligibility checks, fraud detection)
• Experience building systems handling large volumes of sensitive data (privacy/security focus)
• Experience integrating identity verification features (facial recognition, document verification)
