Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
  • Active search: Conduct structured research, market mapping using AI tools and own database.
  • Passive search: Source, screen applicants.
  • Lead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessment.
  • End-to-End Recruiting: Build candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation.
  • Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates.
  • Support client communications and progress check-ins.
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring process steps.
  • Business Development Support: Research companies, markets, and potential clients.
  • Build prospect lists and market intelligence for CEO and COO.
  • Bring new ideas, new BD initiatives for the company.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3-7 years experience in research, consulting, finance, tech, or similar fields.
  • Experience in Tech or Financial Services is a plus.
  • Native English + Portuguese, Spanish preferred.
  • Analytical thinker with organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, bias for action, ownership mindset.
