Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Mid-level Data Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for global clients. You will work with Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL to deliver reliable data analytics and ML-ready data products.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure data quality, governance, and efficient data flows, while leveraging CI/CD practices to streamline ETL deployments. CI&T offers growth, learning, and inclusive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proven experience working with modern data engineering stacks in the cloud.
• Databricks platform experience is a must-have for this position.
• Experience with Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.
• Expertise in dimensional data modeling.
• Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse implementations.
