Job summary

A Airbus está contratando para atuar em pintura de aeronaves em São Paulo. O candidato atua na preparação, pintura, acabamento e documentação de cada etapa, assegurando qualidade conforme padrões da empresa.

Deseja-se experiência em pintura aeronáutica e formação técnica em manutenção; diferenciais incluem CHt em Airframe e atuação com equipes de apoio. O regime é em tempo integral, com atuação presencial.

Qualifications

• Experiência prévia em pintura automotiva, industrial ou aeronáutica.
• Curso técnico em manutenção de aeronaves é um diferencial.
• Licença de manutenção de aeronaves (CHT) em Airframe é um diferencial.

Responsibilities

• Realizar pintura de aeronaves conforme padrões de processo e documentação.
• Executar preparação, decapagem, lixamento, primer e acabamento.
• Treinar e certificar Painter's Assistants e Pintores Juniores.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to the painting process, including paint stripping, masking of parts and aircraft, applying polyester filler, sanding parts and aircraft, preparing and applying primer and paint, preparing and applying clear coat, and performing layout/marking work, in accordance with established process standards and documentation to ensure quality and the expected final result.
• Execute custom paintwork in accordance with process-specific documentation and standards, ensuring the final quality.
• Complete control records for aircraft and parts as required by process standards.
• Perform paint touch-ups in accordance with process-specific documentation and standards, ensuring the final quality.
• Train and qualify new Painter's Assistants and Junior Painters by imparting theoretical and practical knowledge and supervising their work, with the aim of developing and certifying qualified personnel with the necessary technical proficiency.
• Carry out preparation and painting activities according to the process: stripping paint; masking aircraft and parts; applying polyester filler; sanding parts and aircraft structures; preparing and applying primers; preparing paints and clear coats; and applying paint stripes and gradient (fade) effects.

Requirements

• Internal candidates: please note the "Golden Rule."
• A completed Technical Course in Aircraft Maintenance (MMA) is a plus.
• Holding an Aircraft Maintenance Technician License (CHT) in Airframe (CEL) is a plus.
• Prior experience in automotive, industrial, or aviation painting.
• Specific experience with aviation painting (fixed-wing or rotary-wing) is a plus.
