This role involves analyzing merchant performance to identify growth opportunities, adjusting operational policies for quality improvement, and developing promotional strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or higher degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SQL. A collaborative mindset and proficiency in English are required to work effectively across teams and geographies.

Team Overview

Responsible for the quantity and quality of merchant supply, and continuously optimizing merchant operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Acquisition Planning: Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities across different dimensions, and guide the BD team to efficiently acquire high-value merchants.
• Operation Policies: Adjust operational policies to improve merchant supply quality, solve merchant issues, boost merchant connectivity and productivity, and ensure healthy platform operations.
• Merchant Promotion: Develop merchant promotion strategies, leverage merchant subsidy resources, and collaborate with the BD team for implementation.
• Micro-Market Competition: Develop competitive maps, design exclusive strategies for key merchants, and align merchant activities to increase market share in target areas.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Delivery team to balance supply and demand, and improve delivery experience.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of work experience; experience in internet merchant strategy, business analysis, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong logical and structured thinking, skilled in summarizing and refining information; data-sensitive with basic data analysis skills.
• Honest, good at communication and collaboration, self-motivated.
• Proficient in English as a working language.
• Experience in international business.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Outgoing personality.
• Willingness to be assigned overseas.
