Gene Solutions is seeking a Medical Affairs professional in Brazil to support medical communication, clinical trial activities, and regulatory compliance within our growing team.

You will cascade test results, lead clinical trials in Brazil, advise on regulatory requirements, and drive medical projects to support sales and marketing initiatives. Excellent English and Spanish communication are essential to collaborate with physicians, regulators, and cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Must be a Medical Doctor with strong clinical and regulatory understanding.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical trials, and regulatory updates is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Cascade test results and lead pre- & post-test counselling.
• Lead clinical trial activities in Brazil.
• Advise the Business Development Director on health regulatory requirements & updates.
• Evaluate medical, regulatory, & compliance risks of company policies and support implementation of compliance.
• Medical management includes advisory board support, speakership programs, and review of marketing materials to ensure compliance.
• Initiate, oversee, and follow-up medical projects to support Sales & Marketing initiatives.
• Provide communication, reports or presentations as needed to fulfill obligations.
• Act as Speaker, Moderator, Reactor or Advocate in lectures & seminars.

What are the Objectives of this Role?

• Support the company’s image of expertise and trustworthiness and help achieve superior brand equity through effective medical communication and medical project management

What are the Responsibilities of this Role?

• Cascades Test results and lead Pre & Post test Counselling. Can be consulted in CORE inputs.
• Lead clinical trial activities in Brazil.
• Advises the Business Development Director on the necessary health regulatory requirements & updates. Evaluate medical, regulatory, & compliance risks of company policies and support implementation of compliance.
• Medical Management includes, but is not limited to, those mentioned above plus supporting Advisory Board Meetings, doing speakership programs, reviewing of marketing/ selling materials to ensure compliance with local guidelines, addressing test queries, product knowledge training, customer engagement, patient support programs like pre & post test counselling, etc.
• Initiate, oversee, support and follow-up medical projects to support Sales & Marketing Initiatives
• Provide communication, reports or presentations per task or per call as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill obligations.
• Ensure the above is completed on time with quality
• Acts as Speaker, Moderator, Reactor or Advocate among colleagues and necessary stakeholders in lectures & seminars

Similar experiences typically include:

• Medical Doctor preferably in Oncology or Genetics & related field
• Preferably Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Laboratory experience
• Desired skills: knowledge in the Therapeutic Area, Regulatory Requirements, Processes, Evidence-based Medicine
• Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills
• Creative thinking and able to have a good understanding of the market and its latest
• trends
• Excellent customer relationship building
• Excellent verbal, public speaking and written communication in English and Spanish
