Some of the main activities are (but are not limited to):
- Events and Trade Shows: Responsible for all stages, including planning, budget control, briefing preparation, vendor coordination, event execution, and post-event reporting.
- Trade Marketing: Development and coordination of actions with key brand distributors, strengthening relationships and driving sales.
- Internal Interface: Close collaboration with the Commercial and Product teams to align strategies and coordinate promotional activities.
- Global Relations: Interaction with the global marketing team for event organization, best-practice sharing, information exchange, and alignment of global campaigns.
- Communication Materials: Creation and development of product and solution materials (flyers, catalogs, videos, etc.) for institutional promotion, sales support, and business partner engagement.
- Marketing Agency Management: Coordination of daily requests, job approvals, action planning, and evaluation of monthly deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in a marketing department, especially in organizing events and trade shows, working with sales partners (distributors, suppliers, and clients), and/or in generalist marketing functions.
- Experience in a B2 B environment (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in creating Power Point presentations.
- Creative, curious, and eager to learn about the B2 B energy market.
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and professional maturity, with a proactive, hands‑on attitude to solve problems efficiently.
- Intermediate to advanced English for writing and reviewing emails and presentations, as well as participating in meetings and interacting with the global team.
