A leading food company in São Paulo is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the nutella brand. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing brand P&L, and executing integrated marketing communications. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in FMCG brand coordination and strong skills in project management and consumer research.
Lead the nutella Brand business in Brazil. Develop brands strategic plan with Marketing Brand Manager and assure its implementation. Lead and implement the brand activity execution projects aunder its responsability (portfolio projects, execution/activation projects, communication creative developments, media plans, PR/influencers/BTL activations, market analysis and insights recomendation, research projects, etc...). Support the local S&OP process. Influence other areas in order to reach business targets, contributing to the brand business development.
Experience:
6 to 8 years in FMCG brand coordination, with solid expertise in project management, innovation, brand positioning, consumer research, Nielsen, P&L, and agency management (communication, media, promotion, PR). Experience managing brands inFood Service or On Premise (e.g., alcoholic beverages) is highly valued.
Education:
Bachelor's degree completed.
