JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative marketing designer to conceptualize, design and implement campaigns across digital and print channels, including LinkedIn ads, social media content, website updates, email campaigns and brochures.

You will ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, manage social calendars, create engaging visuals and videos, and collaborate with internal teams to keep messaging cohesive and impactful. Experience with Wix, SEO/SEM and analytics is a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related design field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing/design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Canva and CapCut experience.
• Experience with Wix, SEO and SEM is an advantage.
• Experience with LinkedIn advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize, design, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising (LinkedIn ads), social media content, website content updates, email marketing and print materials (brochures, flyers, label design, catalogue).
• Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to established brand guidelines
• Manage social media presence, creating and managing a content calendar, scheduling posts and engaging with followers
• Monitoring online marketing performance, tracking leads and producing quarterly performance reports
• Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, social media posts and website updates
• Maintain and update website content. Manage the product library efficiently
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution
• Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the company

Job Description

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related design field




• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing/design role




• Proficiency in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Mandatory), Canva and CapCut




• Excellent graphic design and video creation skills




• Able to conceptualize idea and do mockup




• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data




• Excellent communication and collaboration skills




• Experience with Wix, Knowledge of SEO and SEM are an advantage




• Experience with digital advertising platforms like LinkedIn

Compensation

• Work location: Woodlands, Singapore




• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
