We’re AutoReel, a fast growing AI startup in real estate. We help agents turn listing photos into cinematic videos automatically and thousands of people have already used it.

We’re hiring a Marketing Director & Creative Strategist — a hands‑on creative and analytical marketing leader who can take full ownership of our paid ads creative strategy and marketing design across every channel.

If you live at the intersection of ads, design, data, and storytelling, and you know how to turn creative insights into growth, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own:
  • Analyze our top‑performing Facebook and Instagram ads to uncover what drives clicks and conversions.
  • Turn data driven insights into creative directions, scripts, and visual briefs for new ads.
  • Collaborate with our video editors to bring ad concepts to life.
Marketing & Brand Design
  • Design and manage all visual assets:
  • Event & conference flyers, one‑pagers, and booth collateral
  • Email banners, product launch graphics, and more
  • Maintain and evolve AutoReel’s brand aesthetic to keep it fresh, consistent, and high‑impact.
  • Help shape overall marketing direction: creative testing, campaign planning, storytelling.
  • Bring new ideas for content, motion, and brand moments that amplify awareness and conversions.
  • Work directly with the founder to define creative strategy, KPIs, and execution plans.
Who You Are:
  • 4–8+ years of experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or brand design (ideally SaaS or DTC).
  • Strong portfolio showing ad creative, social media design, and marketing collateral.
  • Expert in Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite.
  • Data‑savvy — you know what CTR, scroll‑stop rate, and conversion insights mean and how to act on them.
  • Hands‑on: you can both strategize and design.
  • A proactive marketing leader who takes initiative, not just direction.
Details
  • Commitment: 15 - 40 hrs/week to start (potential full‑time).
  • Location: Remote (time overlap with USA).
  • Pay: Flexible depending on quality and experience.
