A healthcare technology company based in São Paulo is looking for an Associate Marketing and Project Management professional. This full-time position involves leading marketing activities across LATAM, primarily focusing on Brazil. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, fluency in Portuguese, Chinese, and English, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities across LATAM, including events, workshops, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives, with a focus on Brazil.
  • Develop, localize, and manage marketing communications and materials to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong market presence.
  • Build and maintain digital marketing platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
  • Support distributors and local teams in executing marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate with HQ and external vendors to align campaigns, resources, and timelines.
PMO Responsibility
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for special projects, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in Chinese, English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B industries.
  • Proven experience in event planning, marketing communications, and digital marketing execution.
  • Strong project management skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a multicultural environment.
