We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Perform troubleshooting and implement best practices for deliverability and governance.
  • Suggest technical improvements for projects.
  • Execute SFMC best practices.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs.
  • Communicate with clients and provide technical support.
  • Support demand prioritization: Effort vs. technical complexity.
  • Provide technical detailing for journey construction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SFMC.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Views, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Ampscript.
  • Experience with projects involving Data Cloud / CDP, particularly in segmentation.
  • Experience in creating and customizing campaign templates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team with a strong results‑oriented mindset.
Skill Set
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for client interaction and support.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a CRM journey project focused on banking products.
  • Familiarity with working in a multidisciplinary squad, including roles such as PO, CRM strategy professionals, SFMC and SFDC experts, and creative / design teams.
