Marketing Analytics Product Manager Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the analytics domain, defining success and tracking progress through KPIs.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership, aligning engineering, sales, marketing, and support through clear communication of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to develop and evolve product requirements, acceptance criteria, and solutions.
  • Represent the voice of the user, ensuring alignment between Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA) objectives and user needs, pain points, and priorities.
  • Define and document user personas, use cases, and success stories to guide product development and user experience.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle, including intake, requirements gathering, UAT, and adoption.
  • Act as the KCNA representative to Global Product Teams, advocating for local needs in tools with overlapping use cases.
  • Drive product adoption and lifecycle planning through feedback loops, training, communication channels, and transition strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of experience in product management or analytics, ideally within marketing, data, or measurement domains.
  • Proven track record of owning a digital or analytics product roadmap, beyond reporting or dashboard creation.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Strong fluency in product management concepts such as backlog, MVP, value realization, adoption, and iteration.
  • demonstrated success in delivering business value and driving adoption, not just building features.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making, defining success metrics, and aligning stakeholders across business and tech.
  • Experience leading post-launch enablement strategies to ensure sustained product impact.
  • Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
