Tasks

The person to be hired for this position will work in the Marketing team and will be responsible for :

  • Coordinate with different areas within the Marketing function and/or with different functional teams (e.g. Operations / Supply Chain) within Americas Business Unit team to identify needs and opportunities for leveraging internal or external data to drive analytics-driven solutions.
  • Partner as necessary with Data Science team to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Oversee and communicate to market specific and Americas-wide audiences on predictive modeling approaches with target to increase and optimize market forecasting at various levels (pools, imports, segments), customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing teammates to optimize BU planning processes and maximize intelligence derived out of these processes (Strategy, Budget, Goal Alignment, etc.) through efficient and up-to-date data analytics tools and solutions.
  • Responsible for Market / Business Intelligence program and team for Latin America markets with target to create & maintain efficient and streamlined processes in the region and create value through actionable insight to our markets.
  • Consolidate and address needs of LatAM markets and ensure that they are integrated in Americas MI / BI approach.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative techniques to provide actionable insights and generate recommendations to executive leadership and management on basis of results.
  • Coordinate external survey processes (B2B and B2C) and present research findings and recommendations in varying positions and departments.
  • Pioneer and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Proactive and able to work with multiple priorities
  • Solid business acumen and ability to translate stakeholder needs into results and initiatives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and able to speak to all levels of the organization
  • Strong data visualization skills and use of Power BI or other tools
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools including MS Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's / MBA in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Propensity toward Marketing Analytics
  • Proactive and able to work with multiple priorities
  • Spanish preferred
