Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Market Development Manager focused on the Latin America region. The role involves conducting market research and analysis, developing comprehensive business and market plans, and executing strategic market development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, recruiting and developing sales channels, and managing regional partner relationships to expand market coverage. The Market Development Manager will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new distributors, as well as supporting the growth and performance of existing partners.
Additionally, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align market strategy with organizational goals and drive sustained sales growth across the region.
Strong capabilities in Market Analysis, Market Research, and Market Planning
Experience in Business Planning and strategic market initiatives
Proven track record in Sales, including channel development and management
Experience identifying, recruiting, and developing sales distributors or partners
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience working in international markets, especially within Latin America, is a plus
