A global engineering company is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Walter Sales Company in Brazil. You will be responsible for operational execution of strategies, managing sales, and developing a high-performing team. The Managing Director is responsible for leading the Walter Sales Company (WSC) in Brazil, in coordination with other appointed directors. This role involves fulfilling responsibilities in accordance with legal requirements, the company’s contract, and internal directives.
The Managing Director oversees sales, sales administration, marketing, engineering, finance and accounting, human resources, and organizational development within the WSC.
As part of the Walter Group, the Managing Director must align local management with the Central Management of the Group and execute duties according to the annually defined strategic plan.
The key objective is to provide strong leadership to the WSC team and implement the Walter strategy to achieve the company’s planned growth.
