What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a sales recruiting team, ensuring a positive candidate and manager experience
  • Drive the use of innovative sourcing strategies and tools to attract diverse top talent
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system for effective reporting
  • Leverage market intelligence to shape recruiting strategies and influence hiring decisions

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of work experience in HR or related role
  • Proven experience in a business-facing HR role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance analysis
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience in HR COE, HR Operations, or similar roles
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Sales and/or sales recruiting experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday, HiredScore, and Paradox
  • Preference for candidates located near a Stryker location
