What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of strategic sales representatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and high-value clients
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of successfully closing large, complex deals and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- JOC experience
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market dynamics
