As the Payroll Manager for South America, this role serves as the strategic leader and subject matter expert for all payroll-related matters across the region. The position is responsible for overseeing outsourced payroll operations (ADP, Infosys), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all deliverables, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Payroll governance for Brazil and Argentina, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage outsourced providers (ADP, Infosys), driving performance, service quality, and SLA adherence.
  • Oversee payroll-related projects, process improvements, and integration with HR Ops and Finance.
  • Ensure audit readiness, legal compliance, and timely delivery of tax and labor obligations.
  • Provide strategic insights through payroll analytics and executive reporting.
  • Lead internal and external teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

  • You will be the regional subject matter expert for Payroll, acting as the key decision-maker and escalation point for Brazil and Argentina.
  • You will ensure payroll operations are aligned with global standards while meeting local regulatory requirements.

  • You will collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll execution and compliance.
  • You will support internal and external audits, ensuring data integrity and risk mitigation.

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, HR, or related field; 6+ years of experience in Payroll leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and outsource operations, with full accountability for performance and decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in Brazil and Argentina.
  • Experience managing vendors, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic planning.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, decision-making, and delivering results in complex environments.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
