Job Summary

The Manager, Operations – Real Estate will oversee the management and optimization of Equinix’s corporate real estate portfolio, including office spaces outside and data center‑related properties. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency while supporting a safe, sustainable, and connected work environment.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Oversee lease administration, property maintenance, and vendor relationships for corporate offices and data center sites.
• Strategic Planning: Support inventory planning, capital expenditure forecasting, and site acquisition for new development opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and Equinix policies.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities, and Operations teams to deliver high‑quality workplace experiences.
• Budget Oversight: Manage operating and capital budgets for assigned properties.
• Leadership: Drive a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in Real Estate.
• Electrical engineer, mechatronic engineer, civil engineer, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of lease negotiations, property operations, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English required.
