How you will contribute to our magical experience?

Reporting to the Sr. Category Manager, the manager will be full‑time focused on leading and developing current business and licensees, as well as bringing new partners according to the category’s strategy. Great interface with the main areas of the company: Finance, Retail, Marketing, GPC and Regional.

Manager, Licensing responsibilities
  • Provides category business vision and leadership, sets strategic direction and leads the category team in consumer‑focused activities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Responsible for budget planning on an annual basis and quarterly revenue forecasting.
  • Strategize and develop new business opportunities; analyzes account business performance and develops growth objectives aligned with DCP initiatives.
  • Develops strong relationships with licensees and key retailers to maximize commercial and brand opportunities.
  • Develops and presents annual business plan and determines key objectives and priorities to ensure project focus. Monitors progress on achieving strategies and adjusts as necessary.
  • Builds a collaborative relationship with other key business areas to result in new initiatives and/or cross‑promotional opportunities.
  • Acts as ambassador for the category and maintains current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, threats and dynamics. Communicates findings to team and senior management.
  • Keep the team motivated and aligned with our long‑term strategy.
What we need from you to be part of this story
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or marketing as manager. Preferred industries: Retail or hardlines.
  • Advanced level of English. Intermediate level of Spanish preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Solid experience leading teams.
  • Technical / specific expertise: Excel.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable business plans.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or licensee relationships, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or regional environment is a plus.
  • Passion for brands, consumer behavior, and the entertainment or retail industry.
