A global provider of medical devices is seeking a professional in São Paulo to develop regional channel strategies and drive growth through distributors across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales, strong knowledge of the IVF market, and the ability to build robust distributor relationships. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams and make a significant impact in the healthcare sector.

Qualificações

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional channel strategies to drive growth through distributors across Latin America.
  • Build strong relationships with key distributors, customers, and stakeholders providing continuous support, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure distributors are aligned with Vitrolife's brand, sales goals, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives in the region.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance data to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and develop joint business plans with top-tier distributors.
  • Influence and promote Vitrolife's complete portfolio and value-added services.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regional reports to senior management.
  • Support pricing, contract negotiations, and compliance with internal processes and local regulations.
