A prominent advisory services firm is seeking a Manager to lead healthcare performance improvement projects. You will oversee data analyses, manage client engagements, and mentor team members. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in health systems finance or consulting. The position allows for remote work with occasional travel, and offers a competitive salary range of $113,000 – $188,000, along with comprehensive benefits.
Manager Advisory Services. The Manager works collaboratively within a team of Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems. This position is primarily responsible for performing billable work for clients and actively leads and manages a significant workstream or project. Responsibilities include defining client engagement scope, leading data analyses, formulating initial and final recommendations, developing deliverables and presentation materials, assisting in implementation, managing risks, and overseeing project economics and logistics. The Manager participates in all aspects of the workstream, provides day-to-day management and mentorship, supports client relationship building, and engages in internal practice development and learning of Premier technologies.
The Manager should maintain utilization targets, create value through client relationships and solution delivery, foster a positive team environment, and contribute to practice growth across the Advisory service lines.

Premier’s compensation philosophy aims to be reasonable, equitable, and competitive. Internal salary range for this role is $113,000 – $188,000, with final salary dependent on factors such as market conditions, education, skills, experience, and location.
