A leading procurement advisory firm in Brazil is seeking a Consulting Manager/Senior Consulting Manager to oversee client project workstreams and enhance procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive procurement experience, strong consulting and project management skills, and the ability to engage with clients at all levels. The role (level based upon experience) will manage workstreams within client projects, including procurement-related operational and opportunity assessments, strategic sourcing, category management, spend assessments, and other procurement and supply chain consulting activities. The person must interact with clients at all levels, including executives, and possess solid consulting, project management, quantitative & presentation skills (advanced Excel & PowerPoint), extensive procurement experience, and the ability to produce quality work with minimal oversight.

The pay range for this role is $115,500 - $207,900. Job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
The anticipated close date of this job requisition is December 31 2025. The position is eligible for short‑term incentive based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; paid time off accruing at a rate of 3.07 hours during the first year; 4 weeks of paid parental leave; 11 company‑paid holidays in 2026 (9 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays); 401(k) retirement plan; and employee stock purchase plan.
