GoTo is hiring a Managed Services Field Engineer to support customers in Brazil, focusing on networking, UC deployments, and API automation. The role requires hands-on experience with routing, switching, and cloud PBX integrations, with a readiness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed.

You will be the primary technical contact for deployments, onboarding, and ongoing support, collaborating with teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in Network Support with emphasis on Routing and Switching and understanding of Unified Communications
• Cisco, Juniper, or Microsoft Certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain close customer relationships and work in a team

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer network environment compatibility with our UCC products
• Onboard accounts within company SLAs
• Be the lead technical contact for troubleshooting and integration of our products into the client’s environment
• Integrate existing customer equipment with our cloud PBX system
• Develop APIs and automate services based on customer requirements

Your Day to Day

• As a Managed Services Field Engineer your responsibilities will include:
• You will be responsible to ensure customer network environment compatibility with our UCC Products.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts on weekends and/or variable hours during the week as needed.
• Onboard accounts inside of company SLAs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and confidence throughout the setup process.
• Be the lead technical contact on all troubleshooting and integration of our products into the client’s environment.
• Integrate existing customer equipment with our cloud pbx system.
• Develop APIs and automate services based on customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• As a Managed Services Field Engineer your background will look like :
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Network Support with emphasis on Routing and Switching, and an understanding of Unified Communications.
• Cisco, Python, Juniper, Microsoft Certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication, and time management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain close customer relationships, and the ability to work inside a team.
• Flexible Availability.
• Maintain continuous professional development including technical and sales/soft skills.
• Be able to perform AD, LDAP and SSO integrations.
• Can integrate external solutions that are compatible with our products
• Experience with Communications/Voice over IP/Video over IP, SIP, ASTERISK and firewalls/network security
• Experience with automation, python and REST API and POSTMAN is a plus
• Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and write clearly in a professional environment
