Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner for our Brazil operations. You will lead CMMS activities, manage asset data, and coordinate preventative maintenance across sites to keep equipment available for internal customers.

You will work closely with the site engineering team, procurement, and global standards to drive improvements, accuracy of records, and efficient spare parts management at our Pernambuco facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with a CMMS.
• MS Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• Maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Experience in communication and presentation skills, both Portuguese & English.
• Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.

Responsabilités

• Be the site level SME on the CMMS software, train the local engineering team and escalate issues to the Global team.
• Ensure the system is run in line with IntlRME standards and participate in projects to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
• Keep site equipment, spare parts and minimum holding levels correctly recorded to ensure technicians have parts.
• Forecast and assign preventative maintenance to technicians to maintain high equipment availability.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and recommend improvements.
• Manage spare parts stock levels, place and track orders; collaborate with procurement and BR network for savings.

Description

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning and machine history data. They are the site lead for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and are required to extract information from it to support the site engineering manager.

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning and machine history data. They are the site lead for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and are required to extract information from it to support the site engineering manager.

Key job responsibilities

• Be the site level SME (Subject Matter Expert) on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, train the local engineering team in its use and elevate issues as required to the Global team.
• Ensure the system is run in line with IntlRME standards and participate in IntlRME coordinated projects and improvement programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
• Ensure site level equipment, spare parts and minimum holding levels are correctly recorded in the system in order to ensure technicians are never without the parts they need.
• Ensure the system accurately forecasts and assigns all required preventative maintenance to technicians within the team to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements based on their findings.
• Manage spare parts stock levels, place and track orders as required. Work with procurement and the wider BR network to find savings or efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Experience in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel
• Maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience;
• Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese & English;
• Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, or experience planning
• Experience with the APM platform.
