Kyndryl is seeking a Systems Management Specialist to ensure reliable operation of customers' IT environments. You will manage and optimize systems, contribute to change management, and troubleshoot critical incidents to maintain peak performance.

You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with IT professionals globally, growing your technical expertise in a dynamic, hybrid setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
• Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Unix) and networks.
• Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, and IT security standards.
• Experience with data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality and data architecture.
• Knowledge of network routing, switching, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Mainframe Changeman Tool support.
• English at an intermediate level (conversation and writing).
• Mainframe Tools background.
• Bachelor's degree required.

The Role

In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.

Not only will you be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, but you'll also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions that will shape the future of the industry. Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support
• A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems
• Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards
• Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programing languages
• Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks
• Mainframe Changeman Tool support
• English intermediate level (conversation and writing)
• Mainframe Tools support background
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Systematic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management
• English expert level
