Job summary

FullStack seeks an ML Operations Engineer (AI/ML) to join our talent network and work with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development. You will integrate into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers daily to deploy ML models and maintain production readiness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ML/MLOps, strong Python skills, advanced English, and a four-year degree. Remote work is supported, with opportunities to engage diverse startups and Fortune 500 firms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development with ML and MLOps.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree completed.
• Experience deploying ML models to production via APIs/endpoints.
• Experience with MLOps: tracking, versioning, monitoring, lifecycle mgmt.
• Hands-on with LLMs or Generative AI concepts and integrations.
• Strong infrastructure knowledge: containers, cloud, CI/CD.
• Proficient in Python for ML and automation.
• Familiar with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, BigQuery) is a plus.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LangChain is a plus.
• Ability to work through difficult issues and contribute to libraries.
• Ability to build and maintain CI/CD for apps.
• Attention to detail with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• Ability to own work and align with client goals at FullStack.

The Opportunity

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with Machine Learning and MLOps practices.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience deploying Machine Learning and AI models to production environments via APIs or endpoints.
• Practical experience implementing MLOps practices, including model tracking, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or Generative AI concepts and integrations.
• Solid understanding of core infrastructure and systems concepts, including containerization, cloud platforms, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven experience with Python programming skills for ML development, automation, and production applications.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, or data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or BigQuery is a plus.
• Experience with agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, or LangGraph is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
