What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Build and maintain relationships with long-term care (LTC) resident care teams, including physicians and pharmacists
  • Promote products through compliant clinical education tailored to customer needs
  • Develop territory business/action plans leveraging market data for maximum impact
  • Provide guidance on pricing and reimbursement while acting as a liaison for access-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs and represent the employer at various events
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
  • Proven advanced selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and self-motivation with a business ownership mentality
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently by air, with up to 80% travel required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account-based selling for Senior Specialist role
  • 12 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 3 years in complex/account-based selling for Executive Specialist role
  • Leadership, mentorship, and role‑model capabilities at a regional level
