Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead our local activities in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands‑on approach to operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the performance of the local operational team .
• Manage and oversee daily work of local service providers (ISPs) .
• Communicate with clients : resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality.
• Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs .

Requirements

• Legal residence in Brazil ( Brazilian passport or valid residence permit ).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian (mandatory)
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership .

Schedule

Full‑time — flexibility required ( 24 / 7 operations environment ).
