What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate initial contracts from Legal Department forms for business clients and communicate with them regarding contracts
 
- Provide project management assistance in the commercial contracting process
 
- Prepare standard contract revisions
 
- Conduct legal research and prepare documentation as needed
 
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with legal standards
 
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field
 
- Strong research, writing, communication, and computer skills
 
- Familiarity with legal concepts, practices, and procedures
 
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate both orally and in writing
 
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
 
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a large law firm or the legal department of a public company
 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
