Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of legal and compliance policies and procedures.

Support contract drafting, review, and documentation.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Monitor and respond to regulatory inquiries.
Assist in managing compliance training programs for staff.
Provide support to senior leadership, including attending meetings, taking detailed minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Assist with planning and coordinating travel arrangements, schedules, and logistics for business trips.
