Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions with organizational objectives
- Design and develop various training materials, including instructor-led courses and e-learning modules
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
- Facilitate training sessions using diverse delivery methods, including classroom instruction and virtual learning
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to learners for knowledge retention and skill application
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3‑5 years of experience in designing curriculum for operational workflows, systems, and soft skills
- 1‑3 years of coaching or one-on-one training experience
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for adult learning, commitment to fostering a respectful and growth-oriented learning culture
- Experience working within a healthcare system or revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and change management principles
