Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions with organizational objectives
  • Design and develop various training materials, including instructor-led courses and e-learning modules
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
  • Facilitate training sessions using diverse delivery methods, including classroom instruction and virtual learning
  • Provide individualized coaching and feedback to learners for knowledge retention and skill application
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3‑5 years of experience in designing curriculum for operational workflows, systems, and soft skills
  • 1‑3 years of coaching or one-on-one training experience
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for adult learning, commitment to fostering a respectful and growth-oriented learning culture
  • Experience working within a healthcare system or revenue cycle operations
  • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and change management principles
